Whether you fly or drive, Ludington can be reached by four lane expressway. From Detroit, take
I-96 west to Muskegon and take Hwy US 31 north to Ludington. From Chicago, I-94 going east
and than up the Lake Michigan coast via I-196 and Hwy US 31 North.

If you prefer to fly, Muskegon and Grand Rapids MI airports are the closest commercial airports. Manistee and Traverse City also have flights. Delta, Northwest, American and Midwest Express airlines service these airports.

Once in Ludington

Hwy US 31 North ends in Ludington. Take the last exit on US 31. This exit will take you west on Hwy 10.

Take Hwy 10 through downtown Ludington until it ends at Lake Michigan (a minature golf course is on the right corner). Turn right on to Lakeshore Drive.

Stay on Lakeshore Drive for approx 2 miles until it Vs (Stix Bar & Bowling Alley are in the center of the V) and take a right at the V to stay on Lakeshore Drive.

Continue on Lakeshore for approx 2 miles until it Vs again (notice the pond or bayou on the right- South Bayou) and take a left over the bridge.

Continue along the shoreline of Hamlin Lake for about one mile. Cross the bridge at Middle Bayou and turn into the first driveway on the right. Welcome to K's Edgewater Resort.
